I have always heard of honey and lemon for the throat, never tried them, but I have heard many people say good things! Also it is important to keep your immunity high by drinking lots of water and taking multi-vitamin, lots of sleep etc.. I think prevention is a huge part of it as well!

There is a group of us who regulary ride up in Belvoir Woods. We made our own purpose built trails up there last year to cater for more advanced riding including downhill and "Northshore" style trails.
Unfortunatly most of them were destroyed by the land owner as they were considered too dangerous.
We are starting to rebuild some single track trails that are not as extreme, just good fun.

I tend to use a lot of garlic and ginger in my cooking so I don't need to worry about taking over the counter suppliments.

I do however also eat a couple of oranges a day for the vitamin c and I haven't had a cold or the flu for a number of years. This is amazing considering last year was one of the worst years for flu's, I work in an office and travel on public transport so there is plenty of contact with sick people.

Hi! I am planning to buy an XC bike but still undecided between 2009 and 2010 Scott Scale 40. 2009 has Fox32 F100 and SLX crank while 2010 has Reba SL and XT crank. I like the looks of Fox fork and XT cranks but definitely cannot get both of these Please help me out. Thanks

From what I could see in the pic it is really a rough terrain...I mean I do ride a bike and on regular basis but I prefer my countryside a bit less muddy..and as far as the length of this viking tour goes...thumbs up man...I mean I don't think I'd make it to the end...I mean I never tried it..but just seems such a long distance..
